Ciari Moreira Advogados announces the arrival of Bertrand de Solere as a new partner at the firm. A Franco-Brazilian with over 25 years of experience, Bertrand advises European companies, especially French ones, that maintain or intend to start operations in Brazil.
His addition strengthens the firm’s international practice, focusing on Corporate Law, Contract Law, Real Estate, and International Tax Law, as well as areas such as compliance, data protection, and M&A. Bertrand is also certified as a DPO by CNIL, the French data protection authority, and holds strategic positions in organizations that promote economic relations between Brazil and France.
